In that industry, as a systems engineer and data scientist, Mr. Mujica became intimately familiar and experienced with networks, programming, databases, cybersecurity, data warehousing, business intelligence, data privacy, and data analytics. In business Mr. Mujica participated in the development several successful IT ventures and businesses and has been the consultant in mergers and acquisitions. In law, having gotten an LL.M. in intellectual property from UC Berkeley with a certificate in technology and law, Mr. Mujica is familiar with the legal and technological aspects of intellectual property, corporate transactions, venture capital, trademarks, copyright, patents, data privacy, software, blockchain, software, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance.
