Alexandre Mochon Paris, France About Alexandre Alexandre is a French lawyer about to be sworn in both Paris and New York Bars in 2020. In the past, Alexandre has been working for an IP boutique law firm specialized in luxury goods, for the Third Chamber of the Paris Civil Court, and also for two international law firms last year. His current practice includes IP advice and litigation, privacy issues, as well as in-depth advice for eCommerce platforms. He also has a particular focus on video game law and pharmaceutical patent litigation. Education Prior to his LL.M. at Berkeley Law (USA) in 2019, Alexandre obtained two degrees in France: • Master Degree in Copyrights and Industrial Rights, University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, with a Master thesis entitled “YouTube and Copyrights”; • Master Degree in Business Law, University of Montpellier.
