About Caroline

Caroline is a partner at French business law firm Squair, with expertise in all matters related to the digital economy and innovation. She handles issues relating to data protection and cybersecurity
(GDPR audit and compliance projects, personal data breach, staff training, etc.) and new technology (IT contracts, Internet and digital law, e-commerce, etc.), as well as commercial law (B2B
agreements, commercial relations, consumer law, advertising, etc.). She has an excellent knowledge of EU regulations on these topics and regularly assists clients in multi-jurisdictional studies and
international projects.

Her clients are both startups (business model validation, MVP legal support, etc.) and SMEs/midcaps with innovative projects in various sectors (e-commerce, health, luxury, entertainment, transportation, regulated sectors, etc.).

Caroline is a lecturer in e-commerce law and contract negotiation & drafting in the International Business & Law program at the Lille Catholic University / IESEG Business School. She is co-head of
the Master program in digital law and business at the Superior Institute of Law.

Before joining Squair, Caroline worked for 6 years in the IPT team of the leading global business law  firm DLA Piper (including a few months in Hong Kong), and more recently in the Data Protection
team of Delsol Avocats. She holds an LL.M. and a Certificate in Law and Technology from UC Berkeley,a Master 2 in Business Law from the Lille Catholic University and a Certificate in Management from the EDHEC Business School.
