She is the Founder and partner of Clarissa Luz Attorneys since 2014, a Law Firm with practice in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo that focuses in Technology Law, Data Protection, Cybersecurity, Intellectual Property, Contracts, Startups, Compliance (counseling, litigation, legal risks assessment and prevention).

Clarissa has aquired a regional reputation to provide numerous lectures and courses in Brazil about: Data Protection global regulations; Cybersecurity; Blockchain global regulations, technology and cryptocurrencies; Intelectual Property; Startups; Legaltechs; Women Leadership; Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship; Innovation and Digitalisation for Traditional Corporations.
