Danish Aftab Islamabad, Pakistan About Danish Danish Aftab has been working at the Office of the Attorney-General for Pakistan for over 2 years having served 3 Hon’ble Attorney-Generals for Pakistan. In this capacity, he has worked on constitutional and corporate law matters. More particularly he has worked on matters pertaining to dual nationality of civil servants, contempt of court, the disqualification of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, judicial accountability, judicial activism and others before the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Danish has also had the opportunity to work in the International Disputes Unit for Pakistan where he worked on matters before the International Court of Justice and International Arbitration Disputes before ICSID, LCIA and ICC.
