About Dayo

Dayo is a Partner at Paragon Advisors, a leading commercial law firm in Lagos, Nigeria. He heads the firm’s Dispute Resolution, Energy, and Environment & Climate Change teams. Dayo is a highly talented legal practitioner with several awards.

Dayo is renowned for his analytical and advocacy skills. He has robust experience and has handled high profile matters in his areas of expertise. Dayo is a John Ballem QC LLD Fellow in Energy Law at the Canadian Institute of Resources Law.

He has authored numerous articles on Energy, Climate Change, International Arbitration and Employment.

Prior to becoming a Partner at Paragon Advisors, Dayo worked with two top law firms in Nigeria. Dayo holds an LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria where he served as the President of the Law Students’ Society (IFELAW), a BL from the Nigerian Law School, and a Master of Laws with certificates of specialisation in Business Law, and Law & Technology from the University of California, Berkeley, USA.
