About Fernando

Fernando Bosi is specialist in employment law and in labor law, with solid practice in public civil actions, class actions, and negotiations with unions. He has extensive experience in the development of high complexity individual and class defense arguments, in addition to providing consultancies and issuing opinions.

Fernando Bosi engages further activities in labor due diligences in M&A processes of national and international companies. He provides legal assistance in the development of new defense arguments, acting before regional courts and before the Superior Labor Court in high complexity cases, as well as in preparing and implementing compensation plans, stock options, hiring expatriate employees, and in the assignment of employees abroad.
