Gabriel Baltazar Pedraza Mexico, Mexico About Gabriel Born and raised in Morelia, Mexico, Gabriel Baltazar Pedraza graduated Cum Laude from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico in 2013 and completed his Master of Arts in Human Rights coursework from the same institution three years later. He is the founder and president of Generation for Democracy, an NGO which promotes the formation of participative and deliberative democracy, as well as the promotion of fundamental rights of disadvantaged groups. Now the head of the Constitutional Law and Fundamental Rights divisions of the law firm where he is employed, he has, since his university days, consistently been preoccupied with the fight for civil and political rights in his home country.
