Henrique Pissaia Brazil About Henrique Henrique is a Brazilian citizen with more than 15 years of experience in National and International development. He has experience working in National Government, Multilateral Development Banks, International Organizations and think tanks. Experience in Latin American, African and Asian Development Institutions. Henrique had roles in Governors and Directors’ Bodies in International Organizations dedicated to country development, project implementation and general management. He has a deep knowledge of Brazilian budgetary and financial system, with more than 6 years working in the Ministry of Planning. Currently working in FONPLATA, a regional Multilateral Development Bank, as General Coordinator of strategic alliances, based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. Henrique has academic papers and researches published in international magazines related to law, economics, international economics, macroeconomic development, public policies and development studies. He hold a PhD in International Economics, from the University of International Business and Economics, China, an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley and a LLB from Unicuritiba, Brazil.
