Jacek Jastrzębski Warsaw, Poland About Jacek Dr hab. Jacek Jastrzębski holds a Ph.D. and a habilitation (higher doctorate) in law. He serves as associate professor at the Department for Civil Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and as deputy general counsel of PKO Bank Polski SA, Poland’s largest bank. Jacek graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, Warsaw University (2003) and from the Warsaw School of Economics (2004) and he is admitted to practice in Poland. Since 2008 he serves as deputy general counsel of PKO Bank Polski SA where he has been leading the legal part of several strategic projects of the Bank, including mergers & acquisitions, strategic alliances and securities offerings. He has authored or co-authored over eighty publications on corporate and civil law.
