About Khyati

Khyati is the Vice President- Legal & Regulatory at ALSiSAR Impact Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. At ALSiSAR, she works closely with start-ups assisting them in their legal transactions and advises on ways to mitigate regulatory risks as these start-ups approach maturity. In addition to start-ups, her clients involve foreign institutional investors, reputed charitable foundations, impact funds and development agencies that are looking to invest in South Asia.

Prior to joining ALSiSAR, Khyati worked with one of the top tier corporate law firms in Mumbai where she worked with several leading banks and private equity investors assisting them in performing due diligence on targets in M&A transactions as well as providing them strategic exits. She has also advised and conducted private placements for some of the biggest financial institutions. She has assisted Indian corporations on regulatory requirements in relation to board-related matters and organized shareholder meetings.

Khyati is committed to helping individuals, organizations and investors bring about societal change. She recently spent a year teaching senior year students at her alma mater advanced corporate law subjects and routinely continues to volunteer.
