About Lidia

Lidia Tulodziecka is a lawyer with Hogan Lovells LLP at the Warsaw Office.

Lidia earned a Master Degree in Law from University of Warsaw and a Bachelor Degree in Applied Linguistics (English and German) from the same University.

During her law studies, she spent a year at the Humboldt University, studying in German language several subjects related to intellectual property and technology laws. Her academic focus in Poland has been intellectual property, in particular Internet Service Providers’ liability for copyright infringements on the internet.

Lidia also holds a certificate from Center for American Law Studies at University of Warsaw and was awarded specializations certificates in National Security and Information Operations of the 21st Century and Intelligence from Daniel Morgan Graduate School in Washington, D.C. Lidia is also a certified court mediator.
