Numa ISNARD Paris, France About Numa Attorney-at-law admitted to the Paris Bar since 2018, Numa started his career at a professional association including telecommunications companies evolving on the French market. He then joined Bouygues Telecom legal department. Specialized in TMT and economic regulation, he holds a Ph.D. focused on the dispute resolution in the telecommunications sector and graduated Berkeley Law in 2017. He studied business management at the INSEAD. Numa also lectures law and writes academic papers, mostly focused on technology regulation.
