Olga leads the department of IT law, intellectual property and data protection in a midsize law firm in Frankfurt, Germany. She is a certified specialist for IT Law and for Intellectual Property law (Frankfurt Bar Association)o. She provides comprehensive advice on IT contract law, General Data Protection Regulation, data law as well as trademark and trade secret law. Her clients not only include startups that she assists in implementing their business ideas, but also international corporations where she helps to bring legal affairs up to date. In addition, she advises the public sector on various digitalization projects. One of her core interests are Blockchain-based business models. Olga advises her domestic and international clients in her both mother tongues German and Russian as well as in English. She is an experienced speaker on new technologies legal challenges and author of a multitude of publications on the topic of data protection, among them a DIN Standard (German Institute for Standardisation) on the processing of personal data in a Blockchain environment and commentaries on GDPR. Education Prior to her LL.M. at Berkeley Law (USA), Olga obtained her degree at the University of Münster (Germany).
