About Saloni

Saloni Tuteja is the Director -Legal, South Asia for Zimmer Biomet, an American LifeSciences company. She advises the company on compliance and legal issues, risk analysis and crisis management concerning South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Maldives, Nepal, Bhutan). She works closely with the teams across the globe to develop legal and compliance policies, programs and its implementation. She has also been the company’s compliance officer.

She started her career in 2007 with a leading IPR boutique firm, Remfry & Sagar and later joined Dua Associates in 2009 wherein she worked in the fields of dispute resolution, general corporate advisory, anti-corruption and international trade law.

Saloni is also the Chair of Ethics and Compliance of sub-group of Advamed India.

She was awarded the APAC scholarship by UC Berkeley. She is also a part of the Dean’s Circle as well as Board of SOALS 2020.

Additionally, she has obtained Asia Pacific Healthcare Compliance Certification from Seton Hall University, School of Law, Singapore.
