Tuiara Ignateva Russian Federation About Tuiara Tuiara is currently an LL.M. student at University of California, Berkeley. First Master’s Degree in Law from North-Eastern Federal University in Yakutsk, School of Law (Master’s thesis: “Interim measures in Arbitration Procedure”). Tuiara has 12 years of legal profession experience in Federal Anti-monopoly Office, Federal Office of State Registration. She conducted legal investigation to identify violations with regards to the actions of natural monopolies, trustees, government employees, entities govern on compliance with Russian legislation (participated in Arbitration Courts, Court of Cassation, etc.). She was proposed to become the Chairwoman of The Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) on the development of a competitive environment and the government contracting system. With a passion for arbitration procedure and civil procedure inspired to become a lecturer in her spare time in Arbitration Procedure, Civil Procedure, Tax Law, Finance Law, Constitutional Law of Foreign Countries and Federal Law “System of Public Procurement Contracts for Products, Works, Services for State and Municipal Needs’’ (2006-2017). HONORS, PRESENTATIONS: The author of an individual program in the field of government contracting process and anti-monopoly legislation, led lectures for more than 100 courses, conferences, seminars and trainings (regions of Russia and China); Honored by gratitude of The Federal Anti-Monopoly Office of Russian Federation (Moscow) for a great personal contribution to the implementation of the state policy in the field of competition development, prevention, restriction and suppression of monopolistic activity and conscientious work; 2015 Regional Level of the National Award in Entrepreneurship “Golden Mercury” under the category of “Best Small Enterprise” in the Legal Services field.
