Since being admitted to the bar in 1998, Harry has gained extensive experience in PE/VC financing, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. His practice focuses on IT and biotech companies. The clients he has served include China Unicom and Schindler Elevators. He also serves as board directors of various tech companies and public corporations.
