Aubin advises clients in cross-border transactions from his offices in Paris & Rabat.

1.1 Corporate law (Paris – Morocco) Kayros

Aubin acquired his expertise in Corporate, M&A, Energy and Capital Markets deals within synergetic US and UK Law firms in Brussels, Paris and Casablanca, inter alia within Baker & McKenzie, Simmons & Simmons or Red Smith. Aubin also advices International clients and public bodies to define the best strategy to penetrate African markets

1.2 Sport Law 

Aubin enjoys to focus on close relationships with his clients including sport federations, athletes, and International organizations such as the Council of Europe + European Union (Erasmus ++ Project) – focusing on Sport Integrity (Sports manipulation – Whistleblowing – Match fixing).

2.1 Berkeley Global Society (founding chairman)

Aubin as the founder of BGS inspires to build bridges between outstanding generations of practioners educated at Berkeley University.

2.2 France-Amériques (Board member and GES) info

Aubin is the General Executive Secretary of this secular institution strengthening the bonds between the whole American continent and Paris, including diplomatic endeavors.

2.3 Institute of Avenir et Innovation

The purpose of this institute (France-Amériques institution) is to connect in Paris different generations of leaders sharing the purpose to build a better futur.

2.4 Inspiring women of the year Award

The Inspiring Women of the Year Award (IWTY) was founded by Aubin Gonzalez Lapos, alongside friends and partners, in a heartfelt tribute to the extraordinary women in his life. Aubin established this initiative in memory of his mother

– Madame Evelyne Lapos, who dedicated her life to the Planning Familial in Brussels, advocating for family planning and women’s rights, and his grandmother

– Madame – Madeleine Hue, a courageous figure in the WWII resistance. Their legacy of resilience, leadership, and unwavering dedication to justice is at the heart of the Inspiring Women initiative.

III – Teaching, Publications & Academic responsibilities

3.1 Teaching : Since 2022 Aubin is teaching “Political Institutions” class at Sciences Po Paris – Campus Amérique du Nord have a comparative approach encompassing 12 countries. Aubin is raising questions pertaining to democratic crisis and worldwide need for new cooperative models. Class 2024/25

3.2 Publication: Aubin is the co-chief editor of The white book 

3.3 Board member of Université de Lille IAE – elected position IAE Business School

3.4 Fellow The Institute for Corporate Governance – ESCP Business School

IV – Entrepreneurship

In addition to his legal practice, Aubin from a young age was a part of his family’s business and developed a strong entrepreneurial spirit which led to his businesses in Morocco and France, including:

  • Legal & business consultancy (DSS SARL, Morocco 2010).
  • Export of cosmetic and alimentary products
  • Swimming School (Paris – 2015).

V – Education

Prior to his LL.M. at Berkeley Law (USA), Aubin obtained several degrees in three European Countries:

  • Business Law, University of Toulouse (France).
  • International and European Law, Utrecht University (Netherlands).
  • European and legal studies, University of Antwerp (Belgium).
