Dr. Saiph Savage.

She is the director the HCI lab and co-director of the UNAM Civic Innovation Lab where she studies how collective action is organized. She is currently a visiting professor at the Human-Computer Interaction Institute at Carnegie Mellon University and adjunct professor at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She holds a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from UNAM, a masters and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
