Piotr Modrzejewski

Piotr is a PhD and lawyer in law firm in Warsaw, Poland. Piotr has been advising companies traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange for five years now, in particular upon concluding investment agreements and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, including transactions with PE/VC funds, and rendering corporate services for commercial law companies. Law consumes a significant portion of my time but, fortunately, not all of it, which means that I also have time for my passions and law-unrelated interests.
