Smita Rajmohan

I am a seasoned attorney in Silicon Valley, and advise on product and commercial issues around data use, analytics and machine learning. I have extensive experience working as a legal business partner to product teams at large public companies as well as advising start-ups as outside counsel. I bring a unique skill set having advised both hardware (Apple) and software (Autodesk) product offerings. I also bring significant international legal expertise to the table, having worked as a litigation counsel in New Delhi, India early in my career. I am deeply committed to non-profit work and currently serve on the board of directors of the San Francisco chapter of UN Women USA and the Berkeley Law School’s Alumni Association. I was recently recognized by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association for my work in diversity and inclusion as a 2020 MCCA Rising Star.­
